Audience AI supports local and home services businesses with customer communications, offers, referrals, and scheduling-related outreach. Our SMS program is used to communicate with customers and prospects about service communications, offers, referrals, scheduling, reminders, and related business updates.

Opting in

Customers may opt in to receive text messages from Audience AI verbally, through a web form, through a QR code, or by texting START. By opting in, you agree to receive recurring text messages related to the purposes described in these Terms.

Message frequency and rates

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier is not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opting out

You can cancel text messages at any time by replying STOP to any text message. After you send STOP, we may send one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed.

You can get help at any time by replying HELP to any text message or by contacting us directly at hello@localaudience.ai.

Consent is not required

Consent to receive text messages is not required as a condition of purchase. You may choose not to opt in and still request or purchase services from Audience AI.
